This Sauvignon Blanc is the result of careful blending of the best lots of Sauvignon Blanc fruit from vineyards located at the base of the Northern California Sierra Foothill region. Cold fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks has preserved the light herbal and grassy notes of the grapes as they tasted in the vineyard. The wine is excellently paired with sautèed or roasted vegetables, flaky fish, or chicken.
