Stevenot Reserva Danza Roja

The 2019 Stevenot Danza Roja suggests a bowl of fruit flavors with 85% Tempranillo and 15% Petite Sirah. These grapes were picked at beautiful maturity and separately fermented in a stainless steel tank for ten days. The wine was aged in 60 gallon French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors combined with very soft tannins make this Spanish style blend very enjoyable.
