Stevenot Reserva Danza Roja

The 2022 Stevenot Danza Roja suggests a bowl of fruit flavors with 75% Tempranillo and 25% Petite Sirah. These grapes were picked at beautiful maturity and separately fermented in a stainless steel tank for ten days. The wine was aged in 60 gallon French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors combined with very soft tannins make this Spanish style blend very enjoyable.
